Privacy Policy

Mnets sarl respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we keep about our customers and website visitors, and why.

1. This website

  • This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics, and sets no cookies of its own.
  • The Contact page shows a Google Maps map of our office. When it loads, Google receives your visit and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
  • The contact and quote forms do not send anything to our website. They open WhatsApp on your device with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
  • If you use "Share my location" on the appointment page, your browser asks your permission first. The location is only added to your WhatsApp message and is not stored by this website.
  • On the Fiber (FTTH) page you can upload documents: your ID, title deed or lease, certificate of residence, photos of the fiber box and the signed application form. They travel over an encrypted connection and are kept in private storage that only authorised Mnets staff can open. We use them only to process your fiber request, including submitting it to OGERO, and we keep them securely as part of your subscription records, for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
  • Like any website host, our hosting provider may keep short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

2. Information about our customers

To provide internet service, we keep the information needed to run your subscription, such as your name, phone number, address, plan and payment records, as well as technical information needed to operate the network.

3. How we use it

We use this information to provide and support your service, to collect payments, to contact you about your subscription, and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only when needed to provide the service, or when required by Lebanese law or by a competent authority.

5. How long we keep it

We keep customer information for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

6. Your choices
